By using this website, subscribing to our service or buying a plugin license, you agree to the following terms:
Subscription
By subscribing, you gain access to all available plugins for the duration of your active subscription. Payments are billed monthly at $20 USD or yearly at $149 USD, whichever plan you choose at checkout. You may cancel at any time, and access will remain until the end of your current billing period — the month or the year you have paid for.
Lifetime Plugin Licenses
Individual plugins may also be bought outright with a single payment. A lifetime license is perpetual — it does not expire and there is nothing to renew — it may be used on 2 computers at a time, and it includes every future update we release for that plugin. It covers only the plugin you bought; the rest of our catalogue stays locked unless you buy those plugins too or hold an active subscription. Lifetime purchases are not part of the free trial.
License
While your subscription is active — or permanently, for a plugin you have bought outright — you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial music production. Access is tied to your RONE account and managed through the RONE Plugins Center. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record.
Restrictions
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software (plugins) in any form.
Intellectual Property
All software, graphics, and branding are the sole property of RONE Audio.
Liability
The software is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any damage to your hardware or loss of data resulting from the use of our plugins.
Updates
We reserve the right to update our software and terms at any time.
