About RONE Analyzer
The best meters in most studios live inside an audio interface. Leave the interface at home, fly to a gig, open the laptop, and they are gone. RONE Analyzer is a full measurement suite that runs on the computer itself, with any sound card or none.
A spectrum with your reference over it, peak and RMS meters that hold the loudest moment, LUFS loudness, a vectorscope with correlation, the note under your mix, and a scope locked to your DAW’s bar. One window, any size, full screen on the second monitor.
Three ways in: the RONE Analyzer Bridge on your DAW’s master (VST3 and AU, installed with the app), what your computer plays, or an audio file.
What it does
Spectrum: bars or waves
30 or 60 bands with peak hold and named zones from SUB to AIR. Press W for an FFT curve that reads the same dB.
Reference strip
Load a record: it finds the tempo, loops 16 bars, plays them, and saves the curve by name for next time.
The note under your mix
NOTE reads the fundamental of the bass or the kick, with its octave, hertz and cents.
Bar scope
A scope locked to your DAW’s bar through the Bridge, from 4 bars down to 1/8. See the kick land on the beat.
Meters and loudness
Peak and RMS with MAX PEAK and MAX RMS, clip lamps, and momentary, short-term, integrated LUFS with true-peak hold.
Vectorscope and correlation
Width and phase at a glance. MONO folds your mix through the Bridge, so you hear it too.
No audio interface needed
The Bridge on your DAW’s master, what your computer plays, or a file. Windows and macOS.
Any size, your colours
Resize it, go full screen, keep it on top. Six themes, or your own colours for every panel.
When you reach for RONE Analyzer
Feature lists don't sell to producers. Recipes do.
Stop guessing at the low end
Load a record you trust and put its curve over yours. The 30-band display shows exactly where your kick is fighting your bass and where the top is thinner than the reference — the two places electronic mixes usually go wrong.
Compare the 40 – 120 Hz region first
Check it survives a mono system
The vectorscope shows what your stereo width is actually doing. Anything that collapses when the correlation meter swings negative will disappear on a mono club rig — better to find it here than on the floor.
Keep correlation above 0 below 150 Hz
Hit the number, keep the punch
EBU R128 integrated loudness plus true peak tells you whether the master will be turned down on streaming and whether it will clip an encoder. Read them together — loud is only useful if it survives the conversion.
TRUE PEAK ≤ -1.0 dBTP
The interface stayed home. The meters didn’t.
Do I need an RME card, or any audio interface? No. Put the RONE Analyzer Bridge on your DAW’s master, or let it read what the laptop plays, and the whole suite runs on the laptop’s own sound.
